2. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms under which Halo Studio offers its clients yoga and Pilates services that can be booked and paid for online.
Any booking implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Services Offered
Halo Studio offers, in particular:
- Group yoga classes
- Group Pilates classes
- Individual sessions
- Special events and workshops
- Online booking and payment
The essential characteristics of each service are indicated on the website.
4. Booking
Bookings are made directly via the website.
The client agrees to provide accurate information when making a booking.
A booking confirmation is sent by email following payment validation.
5. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Halo Studio reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Services are billed based on the rate in effect at the time of booking.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit/debit card via Stripe
- On-site payment, where this option is offered
Payment is secured by the selected payment service providers.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific time.
By booking a session or class for a specific date, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
8. Cancellation and refund
Any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the start of the class may be eligible for:
- rescheduling the booking
- or a refund, at Halo Studio’s discretion
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the class or in the event of the participant’s absence.
In the event of cancellation by Halo Studio, the client may choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
9. Physical and medical conditions
The client acknowledges that they are fit to practice yoga or Pilates.
It is the client’s responsibility to consult a healthcare professional if they have any doubts regarding their physical fitness.
Any specific medical condition must be disclosed to the instructor before the start of the class.
10. Liability
Halo Studio is bound by an obligation of means (*obligation de moyens*). Halo Studio shall not be held liable in the event of:
- failure to follow instructions provided
- undisclosed medical contraindications
- force majeure
- temporary interruption of the website
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Halo Studio website (text, photographs, videos, logos, visuals, design, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution prior to any legal action.
Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
